The INSPIRA (INclusive SPorts Innovative Resilience Advancement) project
aligned with the Erasmus+ Sport priority “Encouraging healthy lifestyles for all,” promotes health-enhancing physical activity in line with the Council Recommendation and EU Physical Activity Guidelines. By leveraging sport as a tool for health, INSPIRA unites one leading EU university, one national academy of science, and four EU sports clubs to deliver an innovative, intergenerational initiative targeting individuals aged 10 to 60.

Impact and Reach
INSPIRA will engage 150 grassroots tennis athletes (including at least 50 athletes per participating club, with 15 wheelchair tennis athletes), 15 coaches, and 15 club staff (5 representatives per club). By transforming grassroots tennis clubs into vibrant European community social clubs for health, INSPIRA fosters inclusivity, resilience, and sustainable health practices through sport.
Join us in revolutionizing tennis as a catalyst for health, inclusion, and community connection across Europe!
